      The outside atm by the front door is a nightmare, it has literally taken my card twice now the first time it was a Friday and I was told that I needed to wait until Monday because they had to call in a repair person and I waited and then was told they had to cut it out and the second time was yesterday and I literally just got my new card on Friday and was using it my first day and I was in a rush so instead of going to Bank of America I stopped there and it did the same thing it took my card and said error cannot read and then said please take your card but never gave it back and I can’t even call anyone because there’s absolutely no customer service after hours this is a joke
