Worst bank ever customers service is horrible telephone support can’t help transfers you and have to be on hold for hours. Go bank elsewhere unless you want to spend the whole day on the phone for help you will never receive!

The local branch are awesome they have helped with everything I've needed the company though it's terrible. My account balance is hardly ever accurate on the app and on the atm receipts. Recently $100 was not accounted for and could not be explained. I was told it was my fault for not keeping all my receipts for every purchase. Edit: Ive got my account set not to overdraft and yet it keeps happening. Ive paid close to $200 dollars in overdraft fees.
