  I am not talking specifically about this bank located in Lee's Summit, but rather about the firm Commerce Bank I WAS ROBBED !!!! of my account with a charge to a telephone company that was NEVER specified and never existed of 999.99 dollars. Commerce Bank's response to my problem was too silly, since according to their logic it is to leave my account in negative, forcing me to use my credit card (which they will earn money with the interest) and the only way to solve the problem is by mail, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 21ST CENTURY AND IN TIME OF CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY, I can't believe it!!! And to finish, they are going to take 90 days to do an investigation that my wife did in less than an hour, all this at the risk that in their investigation they decide that it is not theft and lose my money. The investigation papers will take two weeks to arrive. I am disappointed in Commerce Bank as they took good care of my money but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank at all as in methods of solving theft, or any other they take forever and the way they do it is outdated, and you run the risk of losing your money. I can't wait to get my money out of that bank

  They always do a great job for me I only had one problem once with them and that person does not work there anymore when I tried to get a house loan with them they told me to do something and they had no idea what they were telling me at that time it's screwed up too long now where I didn't get a Refinance on my way home because of that person that work there. Other than that I've never had a problem with commerce Bank at all.
