I would like to make a bone withdraw, please. I love ❤️ this bank and so does my Greta Girl. The young people are fabulous at this branch. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve never had to wait in line at the drive through or in the lobby.

The Bank was amazing. I walked straight in to the teller and shared my problem with her about my debit card needing to be replaced and she assisted me with a smile and was friendly too! I sat and had to wait for just a few minutes, maybe 5, for the new card to be made and while waiting another very friendly young lady walked up to me and checked to make sure that I was being taken care of and asked how I was doing!!! This kind of service is what I would hope all businesses would be like!!! Great bank and people too!!! Love my Commerce Bank in Gladstone!!

Employees do not know their business. Told to set up online banking online, then had to go back to the bank to set it up. If you don't want to help people and give them the correct information, then get someone who does.
