      Memorial day weekend 2020 i received an email from the credit union advising me of a past due balance. However, this account was paid in full and they were told in writing to close the account. Many call and emails to the credit union and my account is still open and I am still getting calls about a charge in February 2020. The cards were destroyed in October when the account was paid off and they were told to close it. Yet I'm getting calls from people giving me a bad attitude about an account that was supposed to have been closed. And a charge i didn't make and i never received anything about this until Memorial Day. So after submitting the letter to a supervisor 3 times with still no resolve i have contacted the BBB the attorney General and im going to social media to raise awareness about their practices and hopefully save someone else from going through this. Why can't people just read and do their job?
