      Negative 100!!! Rude AND if you don’t have an account but like me was given a check by someone who has an account there, she asked for DL, (which I had) but credit card, Insurance card, registration, and she mention few more SHE SAID TO MAKE SURE I SM WHO IT SAYS ON MY DL!!! WTH!! Other than Ithaca’s community bank MOST ARE RUDE THIS ONE THOUGH THIS PLCE I HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND THIS IS THE WORST OF ALL COMMUNITY BANKS -any banks!!!

      This bank is absolutely horrible. Every other bank is looking out for their customers during this time of need by not charging overdraft fees and going the extra mile to help anyway possible but not you guys. Would rather see people struggle just as long as you get yours right. We are done with Community bank period!!!
