      This branch is awful. It was so much better when it was Merchants Bank. The worst part about it was the manager. So rude and impolite when I spoke to her. Avoid this branch like COVID

      Have been a customer with Merchants for decades. New service? Waited in drive up line for 30+ minutes. Gave instructions 3x and still was given the wrong denomination of bills. Figure out how to work with covid, rehire more staff and open your lobbies
