      I wish I could give a 0 star review. This is not specifically a review on the South Burlington Location but Community bank overall. I recently activated a new card through this bank. It works 50% at best. Was declined at a register went to the stores atm and was able to withdraw money with the same card. I am unable to make my scheduled payments due to this issue and I have waited hours for assistance from a representative, text, call any means of communication is completely fruitless. No one will even attempt to resolve this situation and my life is being affected by the laziness of the "help" staff. Normally I am the easiest going consumer or client as I understand the demands of service positions. But this is unbelievable. I feel I have a responsibility to future prospects considering choosing this bank. DO NOT!

      Waited for a half an hour for them to open. No one showed up. No note on the door. Poor customer experience. Should update hours on Google if the branch is closed
