  Very hard to reach a representative over the phone and when you do they don't seem very knowledgeable about how to help with a issue or even point me in the right direction to settle my problems. Other than that super friendly staff and beautiful establishment. The bank itself is great, their customer service line is quiet horrible though. Edit: I went inside the store and they got me all figured out yesterday! Today the manager Frank called me back and was very helpful, he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

  Horrible customer service. Second time into the bank to open an account for my son. Three trips around back to get the ATM to work. Only one person handles walk ins that don't require a teller. Major mistake going into a New local bank that still can't find a way to provide Next Centrury Service. Now I know why people are skeptical of banks. Opps just got even better. After a fifth attempt to get the ATM card correct still not working. Now I come in and ask for the Manager I am approched from a distance by a female and I stated to her that I asked for a check to be cut and im closing the account. She than utters lets stop this conversation while she moves her hand from.one side of her throat to another. A class act to say the least. I would hate to think it was a biased form of treatment. Yes im a Latino from NYC and I would hate to think after 30 plus years in this town that treatment still exists.

  “The New Drive-Thru Experience” SUCKS!! This is supposed to limit human interaction but I still have to go into the branch every time. The machine could not read my check for deposit. The machine ate my card when I prompted to speak with a teller. The teller (Greg) was rude and disconnected without any help. Being disabled and near crippled I still had to go into the credit union. With all that said, the staff inside the Titusville branch is pretty awesome. They’re the reason I continue to bank with CCU.
