      This place sucks ! They are not there for their members. Not to mention that the Manager of the Titusville location is the worst. What you permit you promote. Stay clear of this place !

      My name is Manaf and I been banking with Launch for a little over 5 years . I never had any bad experience like this from any other Launch locations. The banker Natalie ( that’s what she said her name was because it was a drive through transaction) told me right away that next time don’t come to the drive through because I was depositing 1000$ in 1’s and 5’s.Both of the drive through lines were empty and she was extremely rude with her words . I have told her you should atleast Greet the customers or a smile can go further. She disconnected the camera right away and it was very disrespectful. I’m in a process for a house Morgage and staff like this could lose a lot of potential customers for a reputed bank like Launch . I hope her rude behavior is not going to scare the customers away. One thing for sure that I will never bank with this location anymore and people who comes to deposit their savings at this location shouldn’t have deal with a arrogant person like Natalie.
