      I stopped at the Richmond Street location shortly before 6 p.m. during my wait in line at the drive-thru the light for the drive-thru turned from green to red. The car in front of me pulls off and I am up. I noticed the girl blatantly ignoring me and then at 6 she puts her headset on and tells me they close at 6. No kidding! I was in the line before 6... What the hell kind of customer service is that? I may just have to take my loans elsewhere.

      The tellers are always friendly to me here. Had some strange circumstances where i had to reopen an account. It really helped save my hide. I appreciate their efforts.
