      I joined potelco in 2004 ..the bank tellers were super nice & charming. I always liked that they were scruffy & unprofessional. The rest of the staff were abysmal to say the least. Then they became connections a few years ago and everything got considerably worse. They made repeated errors..always in their favor. 2 years ago one of the bank tellers said, in front of everyone, that I was not American. I, in fact, hold a US passport. The bathroom at the Olympus branch is dangerous. The light goes out when the fan stops and Brian, the so-called manager, lied about it..in writing. This branch also made a $26,000 error and lied about it when I caught it. No apologies were even offered. If you’ve had a similar experience, contact me at Advanced Therapy. If you’re looking for a credit union, try ICCU. I’m going to the newspapers tomorrow & on sept 10, I’ll be filming a board meeting.
