  Amber and Jeff have done a wonderful job managing our investment properties in Virginia Beach. They are prompt, courteous, professional and just great people to do business with. Highly Recommend. Don't bother to look anywhere else. They'll take great care of you!!

  I emailed this company in regards to a property that they had listed on Craigslist. I was given the address and told to ride by and if I was interested to give them a call so that we could schedule a time for me to view the inside. Once I visited the property I then called and requested to view the inside. Once I spoke with Amber over the phone to ask about scheduling time she began to ask me about my credit. I explained to her that I have a decent credit score and once I told her that she went on to tell me that I can't have any evictions or foreclosures. When we started discussing my availability to view the property she found conflict with each day and time. She proceeded to say that she will speak with the owner and get back to me. I received an email from her a few days later asking me to present her with my business plan, income...etc, before they will even show me the inside to make sure that I can afford it. This is not my first rodeo and I have never been asked for all of that information to view a property. I am not giving my personal information not even knowing if I will like the property myself once I view the inside. I feel that I was judged from the moment that Amber heard my voice.

  We apologize for you thinking our questions were too invasive. We prescreen tenants as we are a small office with not a lot of time to show properties. It is our policy that you are more than welcome to apply no matter what you tell us. We try to prescreen so that we do not waste your money on an application fee. I will speak to Amber to be sure that she understands this. The apartment you are talking of is still available and if you email me at [email protected] I can email you over an app and set up a time to see the property.
