Matt Valentine really pulled through in a sticky situation not of his making resulting in a delayed refinance closing. He had everything back on track and closed the next day and had everything worked out just the way we originally planned. Matt and team went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

I have had a terrible time with this company. My loan was bought by Mr. Cooper in 1/2021. Instead of paying all my property taxes, Cornerstone only sent 1/2 of it-probably because they knew the loan was moving.. So in January of 2021, I was delinquent for my property taxes. Mr. Cooper paid all of it for me as county tax office said they got nothing from Cornerstone, The online chat pple are incredibly inept, Told me several times they were escalating it. Turns out Cornerstone put the incorrect information on the check so it went towards the previous owner and now the county office cannot move it. I had to call the actual mortg person to try to get them to fix their mistake. Radio silence now they know it was fault. I am out that money thanks to Cornerstone.
