      For the past several years, my family and I have banked at Country Bank, Belchertown. This past weekend, we experienced a complete disappointment and total let down in customer service. This was ultimately the last straw. Our debit cards would not work at all due to a system shut down. The bank blamed MasterCard, even though it was a debit card issued through their bank. They could not be reached all weekend, and not until late Monday. Country Bank has advised us today that if we deposit funds on a Saturday, these funds will not be available until a Monday. We are done with this bank and the run-around that they've given us. All of our funds have been pulled and moved to another bank. If I could rate Country Bank zero stars, that would be more appropriate.
