      I would highly recommend working with Steve Beskid and the Covita Lending team. As a first time home buyer, we came into this knowing nothing and Steve immediately made us feel comfortable by taking the time to walk us through the entire process and going through all our options with us. Steve was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was able to quickly provide updated quotes and approvals which was instrumental in having our offer accepted in this high paced market.       Matt Berardi and his entire team at Covita was phenomenal on our new build purchase loan. We had more facets on this loan than a typical purchase / refi (city permits, builder permits, supply chain delays, VA requirements, etc) Matt and the team handled every obstacle with the highest professionalism and knowledge.
