      False hope...empty promises...presented an appraisal on my home for $879k. They wandered their own independent appraisal....okay...fine...that’s an extra $600 plus $300 for the desk review... it came in at $930k. They wouldn’t honor it and they fell back on the lower one. Wasted my precious time after I was promised an LOI (loan commitment) to get declined.
