I've always had very good service here (I go to the Gurley St. location), the tellers have always been very nice. I wish the parking was easier to get in an out of but that's just the drawback of being on a busy intersection. I also wish they had a few open hours on Saturdays, but it seems like not many people do their banking in person anymore so I'm not too surprised about that.
