  Really polite staff, always helpful and willing to look up information for you and answer questions. Nice selection of items and the prices aren't too high for a rent to own business. They are very vigilant about contacting you if you miss a payment, but that's expected and isn't too pushy in my opinion, since their business depends on people making payments and not taking off with their stuff. I've used them multiple times, and each time was a simple, fast process that didn't feel like too much work. A good place to go if you are considering a rent to own option. My only note of caution would be that you have to be careful when setting up your account and making sure it's exactly the schedule you want, or it very quickly gets crazy and it takes some time to figure out and correct the problem.

  This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and lie constantly they tell you one thing then do another. I dont know how a company as shady as this can stay open. They told me one price for an item then after everything was done and over I ended up paying triple what the original agreed price was. The staff is all rude and dont know how to conduct themselves professionally the whole time talking to the guy he kept spitting his tobacco in a bottle which was verry gross to see every 5 seconds.

  They are the worst place I've ever had the discomfort of dealing with. They lie to you when you sign up for items. Telling you one price then in the end they throw on all kinds of interest. I got charged 1000 dollars of interest because I had a remaining balance of 200 dollars at the end of the 120 days the whole time I had my payments ahead of what I was supposed to. They are the rudest staff and worst place to ever get anything just go to Aaron's or rent a center they are better
