      I always have problems with them blocking transactions.This bank has blocked so many trasnactions for no reason when online shopping. This month they have caused me to not be able to pay for an auction I won making it to where I lost the item and got banned from future auctions. It was a gift for a child for christmas. I call the bank asking to let the transaction through and a lady says "give me 5 minutes" and hangs up on me. I call back in 5 minutes and the bank is closed. I open a new bank account under a new bank and try to transfer 500$ and crest blocks it again. I wrote a email complaint and their response was to terminate my account right before christmas. Now im stuck waiting for them allow the tranfer of funds to my new account and had to put christmas shopping on hold. Some of the employees are nice, but sadly Tina Speigel the VP. Had a hissy fit over my complaint. Cannot wait to be able to use my new bank.
