  Lauren and the Bay Equity Team are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Bay Equity, as a first time home buyer, they spent two hours on a Saturday meeting with me. They explained the home buying process, we reviewed my preliminary documents and reviewed my finances and credit to ensure we were doing the best for my existing goals. They worked to make me feel comfortable in the process and stayed on top of aspect through out the process. Lauren provided regular updates and explained process and procedures to me when I had questions.

  These guys did a terrific job. We were 1st time home buyers and had plenty of questions. They were always quick to respond to our questions and never got annoyed. Chris went through the overall process with us and the loan details explaining things very well. Lauren, handled most of our day to day communication, and you could tell she is a very hard worker and cares tremendously about her clients and trying to help them get into the house they are after. She was very easy to reach and communicates well. They got us into our home quickly and without any surprises or delays.
