      easily the worst bank ive ever dealt with. can confirm ppp loan issues. this bank is trash and so is their customer service. theyll say "please contact us so we can resolve this issue" then you contact them and never hear back from them again. a high call volume is no excuse for the worst customer service i've experienced in my life. reply edit: ive been calling and emailing you every day for a month with no response.
