We have a check from our insurance company to get our home resided and it needs to be endorsed by Cross Country Mortgage. I have called numerous time and have left several messages requesting a call back and of course, I have YET to get a call back. Is it really too much to have a secretary or someone to respond in a timely manner????? I would love to hear back from someone who can at least point me in the right direction so that our contractor can get the work needed started.
