  We chose Team Lindsey on the strong recommendation from a friend, and we never looked back. As first time home buyers we had so many decisions to make, but this one was easy. These guys were incredibly diligent, competent and very kind throughout. I know we got a great rate, but the fact that things happened quickly, all our questions were answered kindly were at least as important in making sure the deal happened on time. Highly recommend.

  These guys are awesome. It was the easiest refinance I ever did, and I was able to pull out money for another investment. And afterwards when I had to document that my home was okay after the Marshall fire, they came out and took all the pictures for me. I really can't say enough about how great this company is to work with. If you are looking to refinance I highly recommend you contact CrossCountry Mortgage.

  Tim and his team provided a great experience during the purchase of our first home in Colorado. They kept us updated with preapproval letters and other information that we needed during the home search process. When we got an offer accepted one of the big factors that helped us was the aggressive closing time line that we were able to propose to meet the owners needs. We went from having an offer accepted on 1/10/2022 to closing on 1/21/2022 with no issues along the way. Communication was great, anytime we need info from them we get quick responses. When shopping around for a lender, consider operational competence and customer service as well as bottom line price.
