I got an official looking letter in the mail which suggested at first glance that it had come from our lender so I called Entrust. Usually I'm more careful about responding to solicitations but I was tired and caught off guard by the marketing strategy. Once I realized my mistake I was already in the process of applying for a loan and the person I was talking with, Lucas, seemed kind and attentive so I continued the process. After the call was over, I noticed all of the negative reviews for Entrust. I was curious to hear Lucas' response to my application. The next day Lucas replied that he was sorry but he couldn't get a better rate for me and thought I was in a good position with my current lender. Because of this, Entrust earned my respect for being honest and upstanding. Thank you, Lucas and Entrust.

Considering the refinance was all handled via phone and email I had a "wait and see" expectation of the loans completion. In retrospect, I believe it was my best experience yet. Karijka and Abby were right on top of every aspect of the process with on time, communication and guidance. There are not many cases in which I would recommend without hesitation or disclosure but in this case its a no brainer - recommend. Great job!
