  I have been referring my clients to Doug and Sarah for years and do so knowing they are in great hands! I finally got the opportunity to use their services personally and I cannot say enough about how incredibly smooth the process was, especially during a refi boom and pandemic...and a VA loan at that! No last minute fire drills and closed on time! Easiest mortgage process ever! I highly recommend these guys!

  I would never recommend this mortgage company to anyone I know. The overall process has nothing short of a nightmare. I am paying $4,500 in loan extension fees because I was not informed in advance to make a decision. The loan officer (Eric McLaughlin) made the decision for me, and then I found out by reading through all the closing documents. It wasn't until after I called him about the charges that I was informed he made that decision on my behalf. The loan processor is also terrible at communication and sends the most unclear emails I've ever read. Additionally, she is not proactive at her role and I constantly have to follow-up to see where things are at. All in all, this place is terrible and I would recommend any other mortgage company. Save yourself from a nightmare of an experience.

  The worse Mortgage company overall. The customer service department promised wrong stuffs and the staff did not know what the hell is going on. My property tax did not get paid on time and now 2 months late. Called customer service in January and told check was sent, earlier this month I received the escrow overflow check. Instead of paying the tax, which already 2 months late, they sent the money back to me. Worst company ever. DO NOT sign with Cross Country, I signed mine because they are contracted by Costco, BIG MISTAKE.
