I had a terrible experience with Susan, she takes for ever to answer emails and wen you ask her questions she gives the run around and don't answer the questions. I was trying to purchase a property, I would have been my first property and I had a inspection done to the property, the house did not meet the standards for FHA loan so I had to get out of deal. I ordered the Tittle for the house and CTL Tittle keep the Tittle deposit and Susan sent me an Invoice via email with the cancellation charges. Exam Fee.........100.00 County Abstract 85.00 Photocopying 40.00 Upper court/Patriot Search 66.00 Corporate Status/ Franchise Tax 70.00 Chancery Abstract 155.00 Taxes & Assessments 25.00 Tidelands 30.00 Tittle Deposit 400.00 It's this even legal??? I guess I will contact legal services or my Real Estate Lawyer to find out as my real estate agent told me that this is the first time this ever happen and that she's ordered a lots of Tittles from many Tittle companies and never had any issues.
