      I’ve been banking with them since I was a little girl. I’m in my 30s now. Since their most recent enhancement everything has declined. Call wait times are over an hour. Going into a branch only results in them calling other offices to try to get an answer. When you call and ask for help, no one knows the answer. They tell you to contact a different person who also doesn’t know the answer. Someone even suggested I call the number on the back of my debit card to get help. I feel second hand embarrassment for them. Lol.

      They constantly reduce hours they are open and the times they are open are ridiculous 8am - 4pm Mon thru Friday????, I have to leave work early as I work 7am -4pm to do some simple banking i do not recommend this bank.
