  I’ve been a member for over three years and I’ve have come to realize that they are getting over on people with these OVERDRAFT FEES I’m done with this credit union.

  Danielle, we’re sorry you perceive it that way but please note that is not the case. It is an optional service for every member to choose whether they want it, and we keep the fee fairly low in comparison to the industry average. We are not seeking to profit off Overdraft. We know sometimes things can get tight and we willingly work with those individuals regarding the fees, to extent of what is reasonable and what our policy allows. We find the frustration one has usually comes from our limitation on how many fee waivers we’re willing to consider in a year for an individual, but please note that this is a similar policy throughout the industry. That policy is in place to help minimize account abuse and also motivate individuals to take on the appropriate actions necessary for managing their funds within their current circumstances. We are always happy to discuss money management tips with resources that can help members with budgeting and minimizing how often they might overdraw their accounts.

  I love coming to my favorite bank I literally drive five miles just to come to this bank. Neadine and Gabby and saw a new face belive his name was Antonio their so friendly and helpful.
