      Mr. Franks and Ms. West both are amazing professionals. They were passionate about assisting me with completing my refinancing. There were a few times they worked after hours to get documents to me for signatures. Every deadline was met, simply because I received notices and phone calls in a timely manner. Initially, I was told that the entire loan process and underwriting could possibly take a minimum of 60 days. We closed in 49 days. Had I not been out of the country for 10 days, I think we would've completed the process even sooner. Mr. Franks ans Ms. West are certainly invaluable and a great asset to the Members Home Loan Team!!!
