  When we first requested quotes for Homeowners insurance and auto, we received a reasonable quote with good coverage for both. We were eligible for discounts due to previously using State Farm. I understand we get statements in the mail and have the app, I check neither. But in the negotiation process, if you are giving someone a quote and find out they are not eligible for the discounts you offered, you call the client and tell them that the payment will be $200 higher. I saw a statement from our lender that had the amount and was shocked. Now with auto, we are supposed to sign up for Drive Safe and Save for a discount. We got a new vehicle in March and in June, still have not received the beacon for the vehicle thereby disqualifying us for yet another discount. We have called the office and requested this 3 times. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was with the same insurance company previously for nearly 20 years and never had an issue, so I know good insurance agents exist. I don’t know what else to do to be heard since I’ve called you about this. I guess the next step is to find new insurance.

  The whole team at State Farm - Zempel Insurance & Financial Services Inc is amazing! They helped put together a plan that provided me with an appropriate amount of coverage and saved me some money. They work as a team, and have the best customer service. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They listen to what you want and work to find the best fit.
