      Dave Stapleton is the best mortgage consultant I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure our loan processing for new home would close on time. We started the process initially with a different lender and after 10 days into the process we had to look for another lender. Dave came in when I had only 2.5 weeks to close and he assured me can do it. I think he killed it with making sure loan file would make quick progress on every stage and proactively reached out with updates and to fulfill any requirements. I would prefer to always do business with him and also recommend him for your mortgage needs.

      Loan Depot made my refinancing a breeze, and David is the best out there. He is not satisfied until he can provide you with the best customer service! The processsing was easy and seamless. It only took 3 weeks for me to close after I locked in the best possible rate. They offer a 5 step process where you can track down the stages of your application thru their secure website. Highly recommended!

      I am beyond over-joyed with what Dave Stapleton has helped my spouse and I achieve! We are currently in our second home which Dave helped us finance.
