So Mr. Bosworth and his assistant helped us file for Chapter 7 in San Antonio, Texas and he attended the required meetings and the assistant helped us get the certificates we needed.

  I had to file a bankruptcy to protect my home from foreclosure. We live in Floresville, and I work in South Texas oil fields. I also needed to protect my small business from loss to creditors or the trustee. Mr. Bosworth worked quickly to get the case filed, since the foreclosure was already near. Since then, he has fought off attempts of the Chapter 13 trustee to dismiss the case. My work in the oil business in Karnes and Kenedy has increased my income, so now things are going to be better in the future. It's really bad when these banks and mortgage companies get all this low interest money from the government, but don't want to modify or reduce the loans to hard working people. I've got special needs children to support, and these companies don't make it any easier on people so that they can keep their homes and real estate. This shale oil boom has helped us too, but while it gives us better jobs, it makes all the payments for cars and leases go up. Well, give David a call and see if he can help you out if you get into financial trouble on anything. Oh, adn because of my work, its hard to get off.
