  David has helped my wife and I through the mortgage process twice in the last 3 years. The first time David helped us was with a traditional mortgage during our first home buying process. Most recently David helped us refinance our home using a home renovation loan. Both of my encounters with David and SWBC mortgage have been outstanding. David is an EXTREMELY hard working individual and puts his client’s needs first. He is very responsive via email and text and works hard catering to his clients needs. Additionally, David is very friendly and treats his clients like close family and friends. I would HIGHLY recommend David and SWBC Mortgage to my personal friends and family.   Dave was a huge help during our recent home buying experience. He was recommended by a friend, and within 15 minutes of sending an exploratory email to him, Dave had reached back out asking if I wanted to set up a call based on my availability. From that first discussion to the closing, Dave was professional, attentive, and timely in his communication of what needed to be done ASAP, what was going to need to be done by X date, and so on. His understanding of the process and, more importantly, his ability to communicate the timeline and what each step meant for us was most appreciated. I will be recommending Dave to family and friends knowing that they will be in good hands.
