We were referred to Hannah Wilkes from a loan officer we had worked with previously in another state. She did not disappoint! We were purchasing a home in Texas from out-of-state. Hannah was fully available and well organized throughout the entire process. It never felt like she was trying to "sell" us on something or that she was too busy to help. She consistently checked-in while we were purchasing our home, promptly answered all of our questions, and was upfront and honest about everything which we greatly appreciated. Her knowledge and honesty allowed us to make confident decisions concerning loan rates. We felt like she cared about us as people and not just clients, and wanted the best for our family. Hannah has continued to check-in since closing, and I feel I could go to her if I ever had further questions. We would use her again for another purchase.
