      Dawn Pemberton and her team are the best in the business. We've used her for 2 home purchases now, and both experiences were as smooth as it gets. Dawn does her homework to make sure she has what she needs to pre-qualify you in a way that makes you (and her!) very confident going into the closing process that everything will work out. We always felt taken care of. You could not find a better lender. If you are concerned about finding the best rate, you can bring Dawn an outside offer and she will work with you on making the best offer possible. In our case, she was able match and even improve upon an outside offer we had received.
