      Customer service is completely rude over the phone. telling me i need to speak with my employer. why is your number listed to call!! Terrible Terrible!!!!! If i accidentally signed in the wrong spot. i used "whiteout" to erase it. this is not a legal document forms should be accepted i don't have time to waste paper because your company wants me to. wish you all the best of luck at this Delucca planning office learn how to talk to people on the phone as well!!!!
