  Derek Malley did a fantastic job with my loan, and with the help of Glyde, made the process easy and smooth throughout. Derek started the pre-approval process with me early to review all of my documentation and ensure I'd be ready to go when I found the right home. Derek is an excellent communicator and checked in with me weekly with an update. If I needed anything or had a question, I could email/text/call him and would get a response back fairly quickly. I never once doubted that he had everything under control and would get me to the closing table. His processor, Nicole, was also very helpful throughout, quick to respond to questions, and thorough with the paperwork. New construction can be complicated and our deal was no exception, but my loan was the one part of the process I didn't worry about because I trusted that I was in great hands. As a realtor, I have referred Derek to several of my clients and we have worked on many transactions together, but never my own purchase. It was an honor to work with him, and he will continue to be my number one loan officer I refer throughout my career.

  Derek and the team at Key made the process extremely simple and streamlined. The glyde portal was easy to use and made sharing documents across both sides super smooth. Above else Derek was extreme responsive and took care of everything we asked. 10/10 would work with him again.
