      ..where do I begin!?!? I have never in all my years working in retail, working with people and companies come across an organization committed to you and your success! From the CEO on down- their tenacity, intuitive problem solving and dedication to get the job done and done right is unbelievable! Joyce Davis deserves honorable mention as my family’s guiding angel throughout the mortgage process. Her knowledge, passion and perseverance came to the rescue where all other loan officers and companies said no. We are beyond grateful for what they were able to help us accomplish. Many other companies can but won’t; Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation won’t if they can’t -there is a difference and even then I am a testament to them pulling off a near miracle!       Terrible experience with this company. Have not heard back from the agent since November 11th after running our credit application. I understand unique situations can take time but there should be some type of follow up periodically to let you know the status. I work in customer service and this has been a very poor attempt at it. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
