      The bigger this place gets the more ignorant they become. I was having issues paying my credit card on their “new” mobile application so I sent an email asking for assistance. I didn’t hear back in couple days so I called in to make a payment (40 minute task as opposed to 20 second). The next day I received an email stating that someone who was assigned my service request noticed that I was able to make the payment so I should be all set….? Excuse me? I responded that the issue was not resolved, I got a reply a MONTH later from someone asking if I still needed help. When I asked why was I hearing back a month later I was told they were busy working on other things. Today I went into “new” advanced online baking to retrieve my CC rewards and after not being able to locate it anywhere I called in. Some guy said I need to go to dreamrewards??? I asked what changed why do I have to go to some site I don’t know and he said that he had no idea and transferred me to another department. Been on hold for another 10 minutes now with the agent trying to figure out where it is on the website. Time to change FI. This never would have happened if Jim wasn’t on his way out.
