      I've been a member of Workers Credit Union for many years. The customer service has gone down hill starting with the lack of tellers and a call center that can't provide information.

      Customer service is non-existent Went to teller machine during rehular business hours which claims Live Chat No one "Available"on Live Chat Then tried to call very long wait as usual They really need to revisit their new user unfriendly "system"
