      I went into the dime bank with a problem concerning establishing my online business account.I was greeted by Tony Pham who inquired about problem, I was frustrated and annoyed that I was unable to establish my online account for commercial banking, to make a long story short,Tony walked me thru each problem area I was having, consistly asking if he was correcting my problem, additionally he involved customer service to make sure I was satisfied.The end result was my online banking was established for my commercial account, with a new user Id & new password.Tony did a fantastic job, in establishing and correcting my problem...he deserves🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
