      Spoke with what I assume was a new teller, Maybe even a manager. I was extremely put off by the conversation right from the beginning. The tone of voice and passive aggressive comments aren’t something I have ever dealt with at my current bank, Huntington. I have to use this bank for my lease. I was behind on 2 payments that I was in contact with an employee that is no longer there. When speaking to this other employee, she made me feel so small and completely changed the good mood I was in. You really don’t know who’s day you make or break. Always be kind. I will spare the employees name in hopes that this is seen and maybe she will be a little kinder to the next person struggling.
