      My elderly mom goes to this bank. She is on oxygen, and had a hard time just standing waiting for the busy tellers. A manager noticed mom was struggling, and she came out of her office to help my mom. It meant the world to me, this small kindness. So thank you very much. She even offered Christmas envelopes.

      If you want a bank that goes the extra mile in service, go an extra mile to another bank. The manager Kevin doesn’t know what he is talking about regarding guardianship and beneficiaries and when he realized he was wrong decided to make collecting beneficiary monies as difficult for my family as possible. He Has made us jump through hoop after hoop as we tried to simply collect monies that should have been simply handed over as beneficiaries. Apparently he directed the other staff to not cooperate with us and we are still trying to collect money my father left to us. A bank with good customer service would have tried to work with us, not against us.
