      Took in old money to be exchanged...the teller went to a higher up to see if that could be done....was told she could but verify that the bills not counterfeit...once she did another rude cold lady comes out and states she not exchanging the money bc she just not!!! I ask why and she says with her hands balled together because I'm not!! Hmmm...refused a member services without explanation just personal feelings!! šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

      It takes calling five days before payment is due to get ahold and still sometimes late on payment due to them not answering their phone moving on to founders credit union
