      I have a relative who has lived next to a Donaldson house for years. I have seen a succession of "buyers" (Land Contract) who wreck the house, ruin property values, have the police called to their house often, end up getting evicted. Donaldson then turns around and does the whole thing again. They need to sell the house as a regular sale to owners who actually can afford it and aren't trying to find a cheap way to live in a house for a short while without any commitment. This Donaldson house is ruining a nice neighborhood and the company doesn't seem to care.
