I called because I was hit with over draft fees when my account was not even in the negative and the lady I spoke to got frustrated with me after trying to tell me I was not correct even though it shows me that they charged me THREE times before my account was negative being the reason it went negative in the first place. Once she got frustrated with me she hung up on me.
