I recently purchased four new tires and waited 3.5 hours for them to be mounted on my 2018 Nissan Maxima. After they were put on my vehicle, there were marks and scratches on all tires and rims. There still there. Its too bad because the sales department is professional and the parts department was very helpful. I was going to make a complaint formally but they have already wasted several hours of my time. I just won't use them again. I've had two negative experiences with their service department. It is what it is. Overall a very good dealership. Just not the service department.
