Greg Filzen and his team did an exceptional job for us!! We tried working with a couple other lenders that were unable to achieve a home loan for us. We found ourselves in a complex situation with some unique obstacles and a tight timeline with 3 weeks to close. Thankfully we found Greg!! He is AMAZING!!! We were SO impressed that our deadline was met and that he worked tirelessly to get us the best possible loan and rate, while educating us along the way. He went above and beyond what we thought was possible and and got us into the home of our dreams. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and took the time to explain and guide us through the process. Communication and response time was superb and he constantly kept us informed and on track. Greg was just a phone call away and always had the friendliest demeanor. I loved that their web portal was so user-friendly, convenient for uploading documents and tracking the status of our loan. If I could give Greg 10 stars I would!
