  When I walk into E Central, I feel immediately at home. The integrity, teamwork, commitment, honesty, respect, service, and professionalism of all staff members exceeds all expectations. I have been dealing with big banks for over thirty (30) years and have finally found a bank that has exceptional customer service coupled with competitive rates and fees.

  Horrible Customer Service!!!!!...phone lines don't work.....they're automated system does not work, it continues to say that it doesn't understand and they finally answer, they hang up on you. I have been trying for 49 minutes, just to report that my card has expired and need a replacement!!!! I don't know how they can improve their service, when their automated survey doesn't eve pick up on the choices pressed!!!!!!

  Became like other Banks! charge for any little thing starting with balance below $100 on checking when there was no Min. required last year, if a payment is made with out funds on checking account you get charge $29 even if you have money in your savings! now if you want to allow them to pull from savings to pay whatever needs to be pay from checking theres also a fee!! the catch is that they Do not call you to inform you of this!! you need to wait for a letter that gets send out which take a few days to find out you are being charged penalty!!! when they can just pick up the phone to let you know or set the automated system to call you to inform you!! instead they go the letter way 3 days X $29. if you know what i mean!! looking to closing my account with them…. Bad and shady service

  Hello Mr. Moreno - Please accept my apologies for any issues you may have had with our service. We did make some changes to our suite of checking accounts in January 2021 and sent out several written notices prior to the changes. We enhanced our product line by adding new digital services and money-saving features such as cell phone protection and fuel rewards. We are always happy to assist our members. In some cases that includes waiving some or all fees and/or ensuring they are in the best product for them. Please let us know how we can be of service to you.
